PhD is a minimum of three-year and a maximum of six-year programme. The course is offered in two specialisations. Admission to PhD programme is governed as per the rules and regulations by the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). Candidates are shortlisted based on the SSPU entrance exam followed by a personal interview round. Candidates who have qualified UGC NET/ CSIR NET/ GATE/ SLET/ ICMR JRF or teacher fellowship holders are exempted from appearing for the SSPU entrance exam.

Candidates need to complete Class 12 to apply for any of the BA specialisations. Besides, meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates also need to fulfil the selection requirements. CPUR selects candidates for BA course based on their merit or CUET-UG score. Once selected, candidates need to pay course fee to confirm their admission.

It depends on the candidate's educational background and plans. BA LLB is an integrated course of five years, where students study both LLB and Arts subjects. However, LLB is a three-year course, which is solely around the study of law. Moreover, BA LLB is popular among Class 12 pass wanting to pursue a career in the field of Law. The placement opportunities are also more attractive in NLUs and other private colleges. 

Thus, it cannot be really said which is course is better. However, BA LLB is slightly more popular.

Amity Mumbai BSW tuition fee is INR 2 lakh. The information is sourced from the university website / sanctioning body and is subject to change. Students are required to pay the course fee after completion of all selection rounds to confirm their seats.
