Admission to most Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses is based on CUET (Christ University Entrance Test) conducted by Christ Deemed-to-be University, Department of Media Studies.Apart from CMAT Christ University, Institute of Management also accepts ATMA/GRE/GMAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores. Undergraduate with 50% in all the subjects including language.

They don't have a set cut off, a lot depends on your interview, for argument's sake consider the cut off to be around 75%. The eligibility requirement is a Bachelor's degree with 50% marks. The entrance exam tests candidates on their aptitude, knowledge of current affairs, and reasoning ability. Christ University Entrance Test / Skill Assessment (The skill assessment will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning).

  • Personal interview.
  • Academic Performance (Assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12, during the Personal Interview).

The aim of the written test of JMI Entrance Exam for M.A. Mass Communication subject is to test the knowledge and aptitude of the candidate and to ascertain the fact that the applicant is suitable for the course. The syllabus of entrance exams like JMI, CUET UG, and others for BA Hons History course revolves around the Current Affairs, Social Science, World History, Indian History, General Knowledge and General Sciences. The braoad division of the questions for the examination is given below: Indian History: 50% World History: 10% Current Affairs: 10% General Knowledge: 10% General Sciences: 10% Social Science: 10% (Other than History) 100 Multiple Choice Questions are asked from the topics mentioned above. The questions are based on the syllabi of Intermediate or Senior Secondary level.

Yes. Candidates can apply for MA through PUCAT if they have completed their BA in Political Science. In order to pursue MA through PUCAT, candidates are required to meet the required eligibility criteria. Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the MA at the official website of the exam as well on Shiksha page. The candidate should be a graduate from any stream and should have secured a minimum of 45% in their graduation from a recognised board.
