UGC has allowed me to pursue 2 courses at the same time, but it is doifficult to pursue B.Ed and Ph.D at the same time as both require a lot of time and effort.

Although, one can pursue B.Ed and Ph.D from different universities for example B.Ed from IGNOU and Ph.D from another university.

The fee for MA courses at Central University of Kashmir ranges from INR 6,000 to INR 10,000 per year depending on the specialization. For MA (Criminal Justice), MA (English), MA (Environmental Sciences) the fee is : INR 60,250 per year. The Lab Fee Structure for MA in all Specializations is INR 19,300.

A valid 12th standard certificate with a final aggregate of 50% is necessary for MA course at Central University of Kashmir. The institution administers entrance examinations for enrollment in a variety of undergraduate and graduate programmes, including the MA. The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the entrance exam via the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).

The university offering distance education must be approved by UGC and DEB.In addition to that for specific courses like PGDM /technical courses, it may be approved by AICTE.
