You can get admission in BHMS private college only definitely not government college.According to your marks in NEET you will get in private college just check the previous trends also

Bachelor of Arts at Jamia Millia Islamia is offered at distance mode to students who have completed their 10+2 education. The fee structure at R. B. S. College for M.Com in applied economics is around INR 83100 annually, no doubt the fee structure is quite high compared to others, but it provides with amazing placement opportunities.

Enrolling in a government B.A. MS college is better than doing a private MBBS. This is due to the following reasons:
1. The private MBBS course may cost you a lot; some colleges have fees in the crores for this course. The government B.A. MS fee is usually under Rs. 8 Lacs and sometimes in the thousands.
2. The government college has more value than a private college for any course.
