Yes, you can do BA in vocal music in RBU university Kolkata while studying B.Sc. In another subject simultaneously
But there is a catch According to UGC guidelines it is possible but with a condition that your classes must not overlap
So you can pursue B.A. As distance course and B.Sc. As regular course or vice versa.

Yes you can join the college in second year. It's doesn't not effect in which manner you completed your first year. Distance learning is a best way of learning but it can't have a comparison in offline college. So connect to you college at once. So they can guide you properly. And as per I know you can easily join the college in second year.

Hey, Archana the fee structure is different for different courses.
For BBA- 4073 annually and course fees is INR 12219
For B.A. Economics - 11559 for 3years
For B.A. History - 11559 for 3 years
For B.com- 4073 annually and course fees is INR12219

Your chances of getting admission in notch campus are their but in political Science (h), and in eco the cut off is very high for general category so may be it can vary. But do check on time and try to take admission as early as you can!
