The selection process for BA courses at Sabarmati University is simple and compact. Firstly, candidates are required to complete the minimum eligibility requirement, i.e., completion of Class 12 from any stream with decent scores. Further, to get selected for the BA course, the university releases the merit of shortlisted candidates according to their achieved scores in Class 12 or equivalent.

The Sabarmati University BA courses are undergraduate degree courses. Thus, the duration of this programme is three years. After the end of the course duration, students are awarded a degree of BA. Further, the course is divided into six semesters. Moreover, this course is offered with different subject combinations. The names of the subject combinations are BA – Hindi, English, Gujarati and Bachelor of Arts (BA – Geography, Economics, Political Science, History, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Music).
