Hello Siri, of course you can. Institutions abroad have a very wide spectrum of courses to choose from and they are also liberal about the eligibility for this courses. One other aspect that needs more emphasis is that these institutes base their admissions on a bouquet of capabilities of the student and not only on the academics.
