Yes, you can. Graduate of any stream can apply for MBA. There is no such rule. Just appear in cat and equivalent exams or entrance exam of the college, as per it's requirement.

You should go for MA in HR as MA in HR has not much Opportunities. You can apply to colleges using your MAT score. Just check which all colleges you can apply with your score and also check your academic eligibility criteria. If you have a 50% throughout, then you can apply to BIMM, IIMS, XIME, XISS, etc.

Hello Nikita,It is indeed very nice to see your information to do your Masters in social work in spite of your background as an engineer. In the universities or Institutions abroad there is no limitation. They are quite open to give admission for the right person provided you fulfill the criteria.
