TISS HRM & LR is the best HR program in the country along with XLRI. So, placements statistics are way higher than all the campuses except 3-4 top IIMs.
Average and median salaries are both above 18 Lakhs per annum in both the years.
TISS HRM & LR has been achieving 100% placements for decades.

To be eligible for admission you have to clear the cut offs published by the college. Usually the cut offs for BA Economics hons is higher than B.Com hons, at around 98%. Preferable that your best of four is >97%.

Applying for a distance learning Bachelors degree, Masters degree, Ph.D. or short course is not that much different from applying for an on-campus programme.
