Princeton University, initially established as the College of New Jersey in 1746, boasts a rich history intertwined with religious movements and educational aspirations. Interestingly, the college emerged from a split within the Presbyterian Church, with New Light Presbyterians seeking an alternative to existing institutions like Harvard and Yale. With the Great Awakening and religious revival, the founders aimed for a broader educational experience. Following the acquisition of a charter in 1746, the college initially resided in Elizabeth, New Jersey, before relocating to its present location in Princeton. Early leadership figures like presidents Jonathan Dickinson and Aaron Burr Sr. focused on curriculum development and student enrollment. Princeton played a significant role during the American Revolution. In 1777, the Battle of Princeton unfolded on campus grounds, and later that year, the Continental Congress convened at Nassau Hall, temporarily making Princeton the nation's capital.

The University of Phoenix was founded in 1976 by John Sperling & John Murphy in Phoenix Arizona. The institute started in a rented office space went on to grow into a fully-accredited university offering education to thousands of undergraduate & postgraduate students.

The institute primarily operates in online format, after the student's preference to study online as well some controversies related to marketing malpractice that it has been marred by over its near 50-year old history.

In 2011, it bought a 100% stake in software company, Carnegie Learning, signalling a shift to online learning.

Its ownership changed hands from Apollo Group to Four Three Education, Inc. which is affiliated to the University of Idaho, in 2023.

To apply for the BA course at Sikkim Manipal University candidates must follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 2: Fill out the online registration form with all the required details, including name, email, phone number, etc.

Step 3: Verify your phone number OTP/mail will be sent to your registered phone number and email id

Step 4: Now candidates need to login to the application form using the verified email ID/phone number and password. Fill out the application form with accurate details.

Step 5: Candidates have to pay the application fee via UPI, Internet Banking, and/or Debit/Credit Card to access the upload document section.

Step 6: Once the payment is done, upload all the required documents. And submit the complete application form.
