Yes, you can pursue any BA course, but your some marks are deducted when your best 4 subject percentage calculated. For information regarding deduction of marks, you can download the brochure of DU UG admission.

I have always said that the cut-off can vary every year because every year, there's a different lot which appears for the exam. 70-75% right questions attempted out of 100, will do the trick for general category.

Eligibility:
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. So, you are not eligible for this course.
