Yes, you can go for M.A. (Psychology) after your biotechnology. Eligibility for M.A. (Psychology) in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree. (It may vary with the University you choose)

For admission in M.A. in Modern History, you need to appear for JNUEEE exam. Admission is based on the rank Entrance exam and Deprivation points awarded, if applicable.
Separate merit lists are prepared for each category i.e. candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PH categories.

History and political Science is not a prerequisite for studying law. If you want to become a lawyer you have to start from LL.B. If done graduation, else go for an integrated B.A. LL.B. Programme.
