Yes, you can go for M.A. (Psychology) after your biotechnology. Eligibility for M.A. (Psychology) in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree. (It may vary with the University you choose)

History and political Science is not a prerequisite for studying law. If you want to become a lawyer you have to start from LL.B. If done graduation, else go for an integrated B.A. LL.B. Programme. Make sure that the universities are recognised by Bar Council of India. After completion of your Undergraduate or graduate course in law from the university, enroll yourself at Bar Council of any state (advisably, the state where you prefer to litigate or your home state). After completion of enrollment at Bar Council, take All India Bar Council Exam AIBE which is usually conducted twice a year.
