Since you have done MCA, you can pursue M.Phil in a field related to computer application only.

What you plan to study is not relevant to your education background. You must convince the university why you want to study HRM after pursuing your MA. Have a clear picture of what you want our career to be like and convey the same to the university in the form of a SOP. Your IELTS is also low, 6.5 is required for PG courses. In addition, you must have above 55% in your studies.

M.Phil is the same as doing Ph.D. After completing your M.Phil in maths, you have a whole range of options available. You could join the teaching line or become a project manager, lab technician and research assistant. Individuals with M.Phil degree can be successful in life. Many carry on to become directors of higher educational bodies, Managers, recruitment managers, etc.
