Hi.

While some of these are published directly by state boards (WBCHSE, HPBOSE, HBSE etc.), you can download the model papers or practice PDFs from official board sites or reliable educational sites that host them as free sample downloads.

For Maharashtra Board HSC History, you can also find them in PDF format that matches the official HSC pattern including:

  • Section‑wise questions

  • MCQs

  • Source‑based questions

  • Map questions

  • Long answers

Hi.

DPGU offers PhD programs in specific disciplines across its schools — for example:

  • PhD in Psychology through the School of Liberal Arts (where multiple liberal arts areas are taught)

  • PhD in disciplines like Computer Science & Engineering through the School of Technology

  • PhD in Hospitality & Tourism through the School of Hospitality & Tourism

These are discipline‑specific doctoral programs offered by the university's various schools.

Hi.

Yes, students from an Arts background can join Psychology at Chandigarh University, but there are some details to keep in mind:

Eligibility Criteria for BA/BSc Psychology at CU

  • Minimum Requirement:

    • Completion of 10+2 (Class 12) or equivalent from any recognised board.

    • No restriction on Science/Arts/Commerce stream for undergraduate Psychology courses. (cuchd.in)

    • Students do not need to have studied Psychology, Biology, or Science in Class 12.

    • Arts, Commerce, or Science students can all apply.

  • Minimum Marks:

    • Usually around 50% aggregate in Class 12 (check university website for exact percentage for the year).

Hi.

Yes, the Psychology labs at Chandigarh University are generally described as well‑equipped and practical for student learning and experimentation. Here's a clear picture:

Lab Infrastructure and Equipment

Chandigarh University's psychology lab includes a range of standard experimental apparatus that help students practically study behaviour and cognitive processes, such as:

  • Digital Reaction Time apparatus

  • Human maze learning setup

  • Depth perception tools

  • Muller‑Lyer illusion apparatus

  • Brightness discrimination apparatus

  • Shuttle box and similar equipment for behavioural experiments
These are typical tools used in undergraduate psychology tr

Hi.

In raw marks (out of ~800):

  • Very good chance: 600–700+

  • Decent chance: 520–600

  • Borderline: below 500

BA LLB is competitive, so higher GT + English score matters a lot.

For BA (Programme) (NOT Hons)

You can apply for BA Programme in many universities.

 Required Score

  • 70–85 percentile is usually enough

  • Raw marks: 500–600+

For BA (Hons) Political Science / History (DU)

Not possible at DU, because:

  • You did not study Polity or History in Class 12

  • DU requires the same domain subject

(Some other universities may allow it, but DU does not.)

 What Matters MOST for You

Since you don't have Polity/History:

Focus on BA LLB

  • Maximize E

Hi.

Yes, PCM students can apply for BA LLB and BA (Hons) through CUET-UG, but subject choice is very important.

CUET Subjects for BA LLB (5-year integrated)

Most central universities (like DU, BHU, AMU, AU, etc.) follow this pattern:

Compulsory Subjects

  1. Language (Any ONE)

    • English (recommended)

    • or Hindi / other listed languages

  2. General Test (GT)  Very important for BA LLB

Optional / Domain Subjects

  • ANY 2 domain subjects

  • Since you are from PCM, you can choose:

    • Mathematics

    • Physics

    • Chemistry

You do NOT need Polity or History for BA LLB if you haven't studied them in Class 12.

Recommended CUET Combo for BA LLB (PCM student)

  • English

  • Gen

Well, to become a doctor, Medical Anthropology is the only choice you have. You'll study how to address the wellness of people within the context of cultural, historical, and political forces.
Biological/Physical Anthropology and Forensic Anthropology are also great choices in my opinion, if you're looking for a pre-med field.
