Your query is puzzling I bit. When you use the word 'direct' then it connotes availability of indirect means also. But as far as my understanding goes, you have to complete your 12th before you can seek admission for BA.

Yes, you have a number of career options after BA. You can pursue MBA, MA, hotel management, mass communication, foreign language, travel and tourism, etc. and get a better job opportunity. You can try for civil services as well.
