Both are not good. Although TISS started MA in social Entrepreneurship and TISS is a reputed institute in India for social work, it has not got so much reputation for its social Entrepreneurship. same is case with its LLM program and in other hand I don't think ISB offers social Entrepreneurship course. Yes, it is quite possible as you would be moving from science to arts, however, there needs to be university mapping done to ensure you have done validated syllabus.

First, I just want to be grateful to your father as he was a freedom fighter!
You are really benefited as your father is a freedom fighter. like you said that you have 10% reservation, there is also another benefit.
In government colleges, you will get some fee concession also. You can specify that while filling in the application form. I'm not aware of the exact scholarship, but surely there is a scholarship.

For BJMC, there are different kind of admission processes in different kind of universities. DU will take you based on your marks in 12th but IPU will take admission based on IPU-CET.
Similary, For geography, there are numerous colleges in our country that provides students with graduate as well as postgraduate courses in Geography. To pursue these courses, the students are required to write and pass an entrance exam. Individual universities too carry out these exams. The list of some of these exams is given below:

JNU Entrance Exam
Delhi University Entrance Exam
UGC- NET Entrance Exam
All India Entrance Ex
