You need to firstly decide what exactly your interest are, you are comparing 3-4 very different subjects. MBA remains to be a PG course, the facts will remain the same, only your specialization will determined the are of placement that you will go for. Hence decide the area first.

Hi Gauresh, there are thousands of courses to choose from but will be difficult to mention every course here. You should zero in a few interests and decide accordingly. What were the subjects you studied in your 12th? Do you have inclination towards any subject? You must consider these factors: Journalism, design, literature, etc. are some popular courses. Hi,
You can pursue MA in English through distance mode. But, if you want to pursue MA in English through regular mode, then you might face some problem as most of the universities require Bachelor's degree in relevant stream or English as a subject in all 3 years of graduation.
All the best.
