Jai Narayan University does not accept any entrance examination for BA courses. Instead, admission to BA courses is based on merit in the last qualifying exam and counselling at the university level. Candidates must also have passed Class 12 from a recognised board of education.

Yes, you can pursue MA in Public Administration course after completing B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. There are many colleges in India that accept graduate students from various streams and fields to their MA Public Administration program.
