No you can't choose but you also choose additional sub in sec vec maybe. But in B.A. part 2 you can't pursue.

First you should choose the subject which is beneficial for you and you have more interest in it. If I talk about scope of these subjects, both subjects contains the largest approachs and application. But I suggest you should take Political Science (Hons). I think it's more helpful to give better knowledge. It will help in career building and in competitive exams scores.

Candidates willing to pursue a BA at RGU Guwahati can start with checking their eligibility as per the preset eligibility criteria. Eligibile candidates can visit the university's official website to apply online. The university will acknowledge the recieved application within 24 hours. Shortlisted applicants will be called for a personal interview. As you asking for the admission process at Maharshi Valmiki College of education first let me tell you that this college doesn't offer BA course. it only offer some post graduate courses and B.Ed also.
