The placement scenario for the B.A. in Shastri (Samaveda) at Sri Venkateswara Vedic University is moderate. More than 34 recruiters have participated in this placement season 2023. Basic eligibility includes Class 12 pass with minimum 50% marks in the best of four subjects. Once CUET results are out, DU releases merit lists and summon students to participate in the counselling process for seat allocation. A BA course duration is still 3 years in Delhi University. However, students who took admission after the NEP of 2020 was announced, have an additional option to pursue a 4 year degree (3+1) where they will do research work in the 4th year. Studnets can opt for this if they wish to pursue a PhD after their BA course.

It is not madatory for all studnets to pursue BA degrees for 4 years. Students can still pursue the 3 year course.
