Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University (DU) released its first UG CSAS allocation list on August 16th. The last dates for accepting the seat and paying the fees were August 18th and August 21st, respectively. The second round list is expected to be released soon after the allocation of seats to the students from the first round list.

After the 2nd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. The highest package of  Institute of Home Economics DU was INR 6.7 Lakh. The average placements in this college are INR 3-4 Lakh. The college's placement cell, called "Eminence", aims to help students secure good placements. Students have been placed at reputable companies like Genpact, Wipro, Fab India, and others.

To be eligible for the BA (Hons) course at Alliance School of Film and Media Studies, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised Board / Council with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Further, a relaxation of 5% aggregate or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ ST categories.

The total fee for Alliance School of Economics MA is INR 4 lakh. Candidates who have passed the selection process need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the school. There are merit and category-based scholarships available for financial aid of the students. Besides, candidates also need to pay an application fee in the start to register for a course.

SSUS BA course admission 2024 is both merit and entrance-based according to the specialisations opted by the students. The University accepts the scores and rank of aptitude test for BA Music, BA Dance (Mohiniyattam/ Bharatanatyam) courses followed by an Interview. Therefore Class 12 marks are not enough for admission to these specialisations.

Yes, you can do MBA after BA from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit. However, it depends upon the course you opted for during your graduation degree and how it will benefit you while doing your MBA as MBA is one of India's most adaptable post-graduate programmes as it accepts applications from students belonging to a variety of educational and professional backgrounds. MBA after BA at SSUS, on the other hand, is a somewhat a doable choice.

After pursuing BA from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit,  a big number of job opportunities are accessible for graduates in this field as they can be an educator, interpreter or a consultant. SSUS BA admissions are both merit-based and entrance-based for some of the specialisations. The admissions to some of the BA programme specialisations will depend on the merit of the student. However, the University also accepts the rank of an aptitude test conducted for BA Music, BA Dance (Mohiniyattam/ Bharatanatyam) courses followed by an Interview. Therefore, candidates can get direct admission in some of the specialisations.

Candidate seeking admission to BA at SSUS must follow multiple steps as the part of the application process. Given below is the SSUS BA application process 2024:

  • Submit the application online through University websites on or before the last date prescribed
  • Candidates must provide personal, guardian, educational details, upload the documents and pay SSUS BA application fees 
  • The print copy of the application shall be sent to the Heads of the Departments/ Campus Director of regional Centres/ Main Centre along with the copy of documents and fee receipt
