The Uttaranchal University application fee for BA is INR 1,200. Candidates applying online can pay the application fee via Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Internet Banking. Both the open universities are quite popular. There is a notable difference in the tuition fee for BA courses at both the universities. The tuition fee at BRAOU for BA is INR 7,700. While the tuition fee for BA at DU SOL ranges between INR 1,500 - INR 6,000. The degree from the both the universities is recognised. 

However, DU SOL is quite popular among students as it is linked to Delhi University. Hence, students can make a decision by considering the location.
