  1. Academic Performance- Your overall academic performance matter here.
  2. Communication Skills- How you articulate your thoughts is something very crucial alongwith your fluency in English and Hindi language.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills-It is your ability to think critically and logically.
  4. Behavioral Skills- How you include teamwork, leadership, and adaptability in your attitude.
  5. General Awareness
  6. Technical Knowledge- Your familiarity with banking regulations and procedures.

The ratio of candidates selected for an interview are 80:20. Aspirants are selected based on mains exam and their performance in interview is based upon final merit list. The interview is held for 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks are 40 per cent and for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD are 35 per cent.
