Hi, It depends on your interest in the subjects you have studied in B.Com. If you have interest in Taxation, Auditing & Accounts, then CA will be better option for you rather than M.Com. As far as IBPS exam is concerned, if you want to become a government employee & want to do a gov job in banking sector, then you can do IBPS depending upon your interest.

Yes, you can but for that you to follow a very strict time-table daily, only then you would be able to get into the IBPS in the first attempt. You should also go through the blueprint of the IBPS paper as the pattern of this paper is continuously changing.

Yes, you can pursue distance/correspondence course of BA / B.Com of 3 years from here while doing your government job and then apply for CPO or IBPS after that.

There are some vacancies that are solely released for O level certificate holders. Keep an eye out for them. Also, some jobs give preference to O level holders like UPP, UPSRTC, etc.

Yes, you certainly can. All you need to do fill up the forms and start preparing for them. You can opt for IBPS and PO exams. Also, some banks recruit technical employees too. So keep an eye out for such vacancies.

Yes, it will assist you to crack PO exams, as the format to a large extent is same. You need to check on the format and try and cover up topics that are not part of the CAT curriculum.

It's not necessary. To appear in IBPS Bank Exams you only need a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognised university. If you want to appear in IBPS Bank Exams then, you need to satisfy all the other eligibility criteria as well.
