IBSAT Admit Card

IBSAT 2024 admit card is an important identity document which has to be shown on the day of the examination. The details mentioned on the IBSAT admit card marks the eligibility of the candidate. To help in test taker's identification, the following details will be mentioned on the IBSAT 2024 admit card:

• Candidate's name
• Unique ID (Exam Login ID)
• Reporting time
• IBSAT 2024 application number
• Date of the exam
• Time of the exam
• Mode of examination Exam
• centre address (if any)

Other than the above mentioned details candidates must also check the IBSAT exam day guidelines to be followed for the remote proctored mode of examination. Candidates must adhere to the prescribed guidelines to avoid any disqualifications. Amid COVID-19 outbreak, IBSAT exam is being held in remote proctored mode. Hence, candidates must carefully read the exam day guidelines to appear for online test.

IBSAT 2025 admit card can be re-downloaded till the date of examination. Only candidates who will register for the IBSAT exam and book the slot will be able to download the admit card when released online. In case candidates have misplaced or lost the IBSAT admit card, they can re-visit the ICFAI Business School official website and re-login with the credentials- Application number and password. To re-download the IBSAT admit card candidates should check the steps mentioned below:

Step 1- Log on to the official website of IBS

Step 2- Enter the login credentials:

• Application Number
• Password

Step 3- Click on the tab 'login'

Step 4- Screen will now display the IBSAT admit card

Step 5- Check for the details mentioned on the admit card

• Name
• Photograph
• Signature
• Application Number
• Exam Dates
• Exam Timing
• Instruction to examinees

Step 6- Download and take the print for the admit card.

Incase candidates are unable to book the IBSAT exam slot, in such a scenario, candidates must check the internet connection and login again and try booking the IBSAT 2025 exam slot again. If the problem persists, candidates must immediately contact at IBS  office helpline number- +91–040–2344 0963/62/61/60 on working days. Candidates can also register their complaint on ibsat (at)ibsindia.org. Candidates must also try the following measures to book IBSAT exam slot/download the admit card:

1. Candidates must make sure that they have a secure and smooth internet connection to download the IBSAT admit card.
2. Candidates must ensure that they have entered the correct login credentials: application number and Password.
3. Candidates must clear the browser cache and cookies and try again.
4. Candidates can also try a upgraded browser to access the IBS website.
5. Candidates must ensure that they have filled the complete IBSAT application form along with the payment of application fee of INR 1800

No, ICFAI Business School will not issue the hard copy of the IBSAT admit cards. Candidates who will register for the IBSAT 2025 examination must download the admit card online. The IBSAT 2025 admit card can be downloaded by entering the login credentials and booking the IBSAT exam slot. Candidates who will register  for the IBSAT 2025 exam, can download the admit card tentatively from October 2025. Candidates should save and download the IBSAT 2025 admit card on the desktop from which the candidate will be appearing for the exam. Also, candidates must take the printout of the IBSAT admit card to show during the IBSAT exam for the verification process.

ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2025 exam will be held in remote proctored mode in last week of December. The exam is conducted in a two days window wherein, candidates can book the exam slot as per their preference. On the day of the examination, candidates must keep with them the following original documents ready for verification process during the remote proctored examination:

• Admit Card
• Keep any of the documents handy for identity verification by the Remote Proctors for securing appearance in the IBSAT exam, failing which candidates shall not be allowed to take the exam. Candidates will not be allowed to keep any other document with them other than IBSAT 2025 admit card and any one original identity card issued by the Government departments viz. 
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • PAN Card
  • UID Aadhaar Card
  • Voter Card 

To download the IBSAT admit card, you must book the exam slot. IBSAT 2025 slot booking window will open tentatively in October 2025. Only candidates who will register for the exam will be able to book the exam slot when the window is open. Only candidates who will book the IBSAT exam slot will be able to download the admit card soon after the confirmation. To download the IBSAT 2025 admit card, you must follow the following stages:

Stage 1- Register for IBSAT exam on or before third week of December

Stage 2- Book the exam slot when the window is activated

Stage 3- Download the admit card

Stage 4- Appear for the IBSAT exam on book date and time.
