IBSAT is a two-hour Computer-based test (CBT) comprising multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a computer-based test that is generally conducted over a window of two days in December. Qualified candidates will have to first attend a selection briefing round and then appear for the final selection rounds, including Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The table below brings some quick facts about the exam.

IBSAT 2025 scorecard will be released tentatively in last week of December 2025. Only candidates who will appear for the IBSAT exam scheduled to be held in last week of December 2025 will be able to download scorecard by referring the steps mentioned below:

  1.  Visit the official website of ICFAI Business School
  2. Click on the tab 'IBSAT 2025 results' in the notification bar
  3.  New window will open for IBSAT 2025 results
  4.  Enter your login credentials- which are, application number, and password
  5.  Click on the 'Login' button to get your result
  6.  Download and take a printout of IBSAT scorecard

The ICFAI Business School (IBS) releases the IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) scorecard online. On release of the IBSAT 2025 results, candidates must check for the following details mentioned on the scorecard:

Candidates who will qualify the IBSAT exam or have qualified the CAT (2023 onwards), XAT (2023 onwards), NMAT by GMAC (2023 onwards) or any other national level or state-level entrance examination will have to appear for the following rounds:

IBSAT final merit list is prepared on considering the following parameters- Micro Presentation, Personal Interview and past academic records and weightage. Check below to know the criterias:

  • Micro presentation: 25%
  • Personal Interview: 25%
  • Past academic record: 50%

Only candidates who will qualify the above criterias, will be offered final admission to MBA/PGDM programme of applied IBS campuses. IBSAT 2025 selection process result will be announced tentatively in April 2026.
