IBSAT selection process comprises of two rounds:

  1. Micro Presentation: In this round, candidate will have to present on a topic in brief. Candidates will be given three topics and choose any one topic from it. This is done to test the communication skill of candidates.  
  2. Personal Interview (PI): Those who have successfully cleared the micro presentation round are called for PI round. This PI round judges your communications skills, confidence, business aptitude and general attitude. Candidates should remain cool and calm during this final round.

IBSAT 2025 scorecard has been released at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates who appeared for the IBSAT exam, scheduled on December 27 and 28, can check their results online. To download the IBSAT scorecard, candidates must enter their login credentials on the official website of ICFAI Business School. after loging in, screen will display the IBSAT scorecard. Candidates must note that no physical copy of the IBSAT 2024 scorecard will be issued to the candidates seprerately. Candidates must save and take the print of the IBSAT scorecard online only.

IBSAT 2026 admit card is an important identity document which has to be shown on the day of the examination. The details mentioned on IBSAT admit card are:

  • Candidate's name
  • Unique ID (Exam Login ID)
  • Reporting time
  • IBSAT 2026 application number
  • Date of the exam
  • Time of the exam
  • Mode of examination Exam
  • centre address (if any)

Other than the above mentioned details candidates must also check IBSAT exam day guidelines to be followed for the remote proctored mode of examination.

IBSAT 2026 exam will be conducted in online proctored mode. In this mode of examination candidates will be able to take the exam form their own laptops/desktops at their convenience. In such a case, no test taker shall be allowed to keep with him/her any book, study material, handwritten or printed notes, headphone, mobile phone, pager, earphone, digital diary, calculator, bluetooth device, laptop, palmtop, smart watch, health band or any other electronic device or gadget. Incase if any discrepancy or mismatch in IBSAT admit card details in comparison to the actual document will lead to disqualification of the candidate for future IBSAT examination process. Still, if candidates find any discrepancy in IBSAT 2026 admit card they must immediately contact at the helpline number of the ICFAI Business School (IBS). Candidates will be required to submit the valid supporting documents to get the details rectified. ICFAI Business School helpdesk number- + 91–040–2344 0963/62/61/60. Candidates must follow the instructions as guided by the authorities to modify the details in the IBSAT 2026 admit card.

IBSAT 2026 admit card can be re-downloaded till the date of examination. Only candidates who will register for the IBSAT exam and book the slot will be able to download the admit card when released online. In case candidates have misplaced or lost the IBSAT admit card, they can re-visit the ICFAI Business School official website and re-login with the credentials- Application number and password. No, ICFAI Business School will not issue the hard copy of the IBSAT admit cards. Candidates who will register for the IBSAT 2026 examination must download the admit card online. The IBSAT 2026 admit card can be downloaded by entering the login credentials and booking the IBSAT exam slot. Candidates who will register  for the IBSAT 2026 exam, can download the admit card tentatively from October 2026. ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2025 exam will be held in remote proctored mode in last week of December. The exam is conducted in a two days window wherein, candidates can book the exam slot as per their preference.
