ICWAI/ICMAI is conducted at 3 levels: Level 1- foundation, level 2- inter and level 3- final.
So, being a commerce graduate, you can take admission directly in level 2. All three levels are collectively called CMA. The duration of course is minimum 2 to 3 years for any graduate.

Frist, you should clear 12th with good marks and depth knowledge. And you should improve your basic point and some point you should remember. Make note of syllabus
Allocate min and max time required to study
Start from the scratch, never ever think that you know everything about something
Draft a schedule for round 1
Solve MTP and previous year's papers
Start round 2 systematically (with schedule)
Solve MTP and previous year papers
