For GD, you should know about the current affairs and for PI you be thorough with your concepts learnt in graduation and other questions might be very general HR type questions.

There is no definition to cracking GD/PI for any college. When it comes to IBS Hyderabad, it wasn't really difficult for me as I was prepared. So, it wouldn't be difficult if you come prepared with the current affairs.

Pursuing MBA would be a good option as you have good work experience. Not only IBS Hyderabad, you could also look for other colleges as well as you already have good work experience, other colleges like Narsee monji or symbiosis would also be good.

The scholarship here depends upon the marks you get here in IBS not the previous years' merits. You need to score a 100% attendance and score a 10 pointer which is the maximum, only then you'll be eligible for a scholarship.

Out of 9 campuses of IBS, only two offer MBA program, one at Hyderabad and the other at Mumbai and the other 7 offer PGDM course.
