Yes, you can. There would be questions based on this so just prepare for the personal interview round.

Being an MPC student, it might be a little difficult for you in the beginning to understand the concepts. But if you want to change your stream, you can surely do that. It will be useful if you aren't looking forward to pursuing engineering.

Classes timings are 9.30 am -5.30 pm. Saturdays are off. But if necessary, they might keep extra classes on Saturdays.

IBS-Hyderabad is a better option any day. It has a better placement record and ROI.

Frankly speaking, if you just want to pursue MBA then you can but during placements, there will be very few companies for which you will be eligible as you might be over qualified for the profile with the experience that you have. I would suggest you to try for IIMs, Xavier's, Symbiosis or Narsee Monjee. If not, then IBS, with the motto of pursing masters and not placements. As there will be very few companies coming which would require so much of work experience.

The overall cutoff is 90%, this includes the score for GD & PI. Also, this cutoff is valid once you get selected for the process. IBSAT score cut off is 80% above and also you can give CAT/NMAT.

There will not be a problem in admission. So, the process will have a group discussion and a personal interview round among the selected candidates. About the MBA program, you'll have finance, marketing, human resources, operations as your major/minor in the second year. The first year will have all the subjects as mandatory. The infrastructure, faculties, hostels, mess food, the clubs that are present in the college, the pattern of examination, grading, etc. everything is pretty decent & will benefit you for your overall personality development. This will help you seek a good placement with a decent package.

The intake every year ranges between 900-1100. Those who get the cut off above 85% which includes the percentage obtained in the GDs & PIs get the first preference.
The GDs are based on current or abstract topics and the PI is basically based on your resume. The process overall is not very difficult. You just need to communicate very efficiently and effortlessly.

According to me, it is a nice college for MBA. Though, you have many other options as well. You can go to thr College which you get selected in. Based on the entrance exams you clear, you'll have the choices.
