According to data, ICRI (Institute of Clinical Research India) is an UGC (University Grants Commission) approved institution in Mumbai. All of their degrees are awarded by ICRI university partners which is UGC recognised under section 3A of UGC act, 1956.
However the university is private and was established in 2004. ICRM-ILAM has also received certain awards.

Final selection of the candidates in MBA is either based on the CAT/ MAT/ CMAT Entrance Exam scores or Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by ICRI.
Therefore, your class 12th percentage is not a factor for getting into ICRI Mumbai MBA. You need to have a valid score in one of the entrance exams and clear the GD and PI rounds.
