IIIT Pune does not offer lateral entry admission for Bachelor of Engineering courses. The institute only admits students through national-level entrance exams like JEE Main for its B.Tech programme in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). Lateral entry admissions, which involve entering directly into the second year of a program, are not part of IIIT Pune's current admission process.
