The fee strcuture for the BTech programme at IIIT Pune is INR 1.20 Lacs for each semester. The development fee is INR 14,000 each semester. There are various other fee elements such as Examination fee, Alumni Association fee, and others.

IIIT Pune application last date is not visible on the official site. IIIT Pune application process can be completed by reaching the official website of the entrance test. Follow the complete IIIT Pune application process:
- Reach the official website of the accepted entrance exam.
- Appear for the entrance test.
- Take part in the counselling round.
- Pay the fee at the allotted and selected college.

IIIT Pune JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category ranged from 7411 in the first round to 50860 in the last round. This category was offered admission to BTech CSE and BTech ECE. Students can see the table below to know the cutoff for the first and last round.

IIIT Pune JEE Main cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of the cutoff for various All India categories.
For the General AI category, BTech CSE had an overall cutoff range of 17707 to 27931. On the other hand, for the OBC AI quota, the overall cutoff varied from 7411 to 40318. For information about other categories, see the table below.
