 Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Raichur does not offer scholarships. So, the institute accepts and abides by all the scholarships offered by the Government of India. IIIT Raichur offers a BTech programme. Candidate applying to IIIT-R should have JEE Mains score for BE/BTech. Final selection will be done on the basis of JoSSA counselling process.  Candidates seeking admission should fulfill the criteria for admission, the application process for IIIT Raichur, will be online. 

To get admission in the BTech programme at IIIT Raichur, candidate must appear for the JEE Mains. General category candidates must atleast secure 75% aggregate aggregate in their qualifying exam while SC/ST candidates must secure minimum 65% aggregate.
