Indian Institute of Information Technology Raichur is a government college and therefore, it is funded by the government of India. It is a budding institute established in 2019 and is located in Raichur, Karnataka. The institute focuses on providing quality education in the field of Information Technology. In its initial stages, IIIT Raichur got a constant assistance from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad). It offers all the modern facilities to the students.

IIIT Raichur does not offer scholarships. Hence, the institute accepts and abides by all the scholarships offered by the Government of India. It aims to provide financial assistance to the meritorious students. The two types of scholarship offered by IIIT Raichur are State Scholarship and the National Fellowship & Scholarship for higher education for Schedule Tribe students.
