IIIT Una - Indian Institute of Information Technology Eligibility

IIIT Una JEE Main cutoff 2025 has been released for the fourth round. The cutoff has been released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the range of cutoff fell between 31801 and 38277. 

Therefore, with this cutoff range, it is possible to get admission to the college with a rank of 30000 in JEE Main. 

Given below are the eligibility criteria for admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Una:

• The candidate must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths with a minimum of 75% aggregate.
• Also, candidates must have valid JEE-Main ranks based on which they can apply for the common counselling process through JoSAA and CSAB.
• Lastly, selected candidates will have to report to the admission cell at IIIT Una for document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.

Given below is the eligibility and selection criteria for admission to the PhD programme at IIIT Una.

• MTech in a relevant discipline with a good and consistent academic record.

OR

• BTech with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 on a 10.0 point scale (GATE may be exempted for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree from Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTI)/ Government Funded Technical Institute (GFTI) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0).
• Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIIT Una for document verification and fee payment.
