Academic Qualifications

• Degree: You must hold a B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent degree in relevant disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or allied branches.

• Minimum Marks: * General/OBC/EWS: A minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or a 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale) in your qualifying undergraduate degree.

  • SC/ST/PwD: A relaxation is typically provided, usually requiring 55% aggregate marks (or a 6.0 CGPA).

IIIT Vadodara offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at IIIT Vadodara, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 with an aggregate of 75% in PCM. 

The eligibility of taking admission in MCA course at IIIT Vadodara is that the candidate should have a graduation degree of minimum 3 year's duration with at least 60 % marks in aggregate without any approximation from Recognised University.

To get admission in IIIT Vadodara the aspirants should meet the eligibility criteria. The applicant must pass Class 12 with the aggregate of 75% in relevant subjects. Students must appear for JEE Mains and meet the cut off. It is then followed by the counselling process of JoSAA.

 IIIT Vadodara eligibility criteria for the under graduate courses is that the candidates should pass Class 12 with an aggregate of 75% in a combination of subjects required for that particular course from any recognised board. To get admission in Engineering courses candidates must meet cut off requirement for JEE Mains and participate in JoSAA counselling.

Admission to BTech is based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores followed by JoSAA/ CSAB Counselling.

 Admission to M.Tech is based on GATE score followed by CCMT Counselling.
