No, you are not. IIMs consider only CAT score.

High chances that you might not get a call from IIM-A even after excellent CAT score. There is only very less probability that you might get in.

This totally depends upon the current stats, but as per mu assumption it will be goo if you have scored >80% in 10,12. And in CAT you have to be above 90%.

There are a lot of colleges who have their own exams. You can give them and then apply for the respective colleges. Also, there are exams like CMAT and MAT. You can write them and apply for colleges for MBA on the basis of your scores.
