Also, if you are sure about your CAT/ GMAT marks, put your focus on GD-PI round. You shouldn't worry about what you have lost, put your focus on what you can gain.

It all depends on your potential, but mostly the starting salaries after graduation ranges easily from 2lakh pm to higher packages. But no graduate from IIM works for less than 1 lacs pm.
