If you want to target IIM-A, B or C or any top notch B-schools specifically then you can go for B.Com and later try for MBA.

The candidate must have scored minimum sectional percentile of 70 in each of the three sections of CAT 2019 Quantitative Aptitude' (QA), 'Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning' (DILR) and 'Verbal and Reading Comprehension' (VRC) A candidate must have scored minimum overall percentile of 80 in CAT 2019. For IIMA, if you need 98-99 percentile along with great interview if called for it practically speaking. This is the past trend mostly.

It's hard to say. There are cases were students with way poor marks got into IIMs and some with better marks than you who didn't get admission, so it is hard to say.

Individual choice drive by long term goals . if one wants to remain in technical it better to do MTech. If you want to move up through Management hierarchy, BTech + MBA would be recommended. Also MBA can be done later after some experience, but doing MTech may be liitle tough.

After B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream then you may go for M.Tech, else MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, Anna University

IIM features among the top MBA institutes in India. To seek admission one needs to be a graduate with minimum 50% marks plus should have scored more than 98 percentile marks in CAT. Having 2 year drop out after 12th will not be much of a factor is you fulfill the above 02 factors.
