I got 84% in 10th, 65% in 12th and 62% in my graduation. What CAT percentile do I need to get into Iims?

A percentage at 85% and above will help you to get into IIMs.

Chances are less to get a call at this score. Slight chances of IIM-Jammu started last year.

Yes. There are multiple scholarships and financial assistance provided to students whose parents have yearly income less than a certain amount (3-5 lakhs)
