If you are getting government college in MDU then go for it. Otherwise, IIMT is a better option.

Yes, you can take admission for B.Tech CS in IIMT University. Eligibility for B.Tech is 45% marks in 10+2.

Fee of BJMC is 35,500 Rs per year, 2000 Rs is enrolment charge, and 1000 Rs is regeneration charge.

Fee of B.Sc Microbiology is Rs. 33,500, and you can get direct admission in B.Sc Microbiology, if you secure minimum 40% marks in 10+2 with PCB.
