The IISER Pune form becomes available to students only after they finish their 12th standard. Students can seek admission to IISER Pune through performance in KVPY evaluation or JEE Advanced examination or by qualifying from State and Central Boards (SCB). KVPY provides an application option during your 12th standard. Candidates belonging to general or SC/ST/PwD categories must submit INR 1000 or INR 500 respectively as an application fee. Prospective candidates can register for the examination during July which will take place in November.

Yes, for PCB students, they may sit for the IISER Aptitude Test-IAT for admission to the 5-year BS-MS Dual Degree program offered at IISER Pune and other IISERs. Proficiency in Mathematics is generally helpful, since some IISERs include basic Math questions in the exam.

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune admission based on merit and entrance exams. IISER Institute Pune accepts the IISER entrance exam which is usually conducted in the month of May. Admission to PhD courses is based on the interview round.
