For getting admission in B.Arch in IIT, You needs to qualify JEE Advanced and AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test). So JEE Main Paper-1 is not applicable for IIT. However for getting admission in NITs, one needs to qualify in JEE Main Paper-2.

Hello Manasa Manu, yes different IIT's charge different fees. Fees for b tech courses are roughly about 1 Lacs per semester. But different categories of students are given concession in fees. The admission committee decides your admission on overall criteria of your previous academic performance, work experience, performance in design test, and performance in interview, portfolio and CEED scores. The Design test will be about one and half hours duration. It will test your ability to creatively and appropriately solve simple design problems. Importance is given to the following - Problem Analysis, Creativity, and Alternate Concepts, Justifications for your Solutions and Visual and Textual Presentation Skills. You need to bring your own drawing/writing aids such as pencils, brushes, colors, paints, etc. For the test.
