Yes, you can get admission with the above credentials in IMT, but you have to score above 90% marks to get the call from the college for GD/PI, and then your performance in it will decide your final admission. Also, the graduation marks of yours can be a hindrance in the placements as most of the companies ask for the above 60% marks in graduation.

Last year cut-off for respective exams were-
CAT- 90 percentile
XAT- 90 percentile
GMAT- 650
Also, there was no sectional cut-off for any exam.
Considering that, IMT has reduced its batch strength and hence, the cut-off might go up but it should be around 9192 percentile.

It varies from company to company depending upon the profile they come for. Some companies just come for freshers and some for experienced people, but overall it is good and it is same for final and summer placement.

But, whether the company wants to scrutinize you in their process or not, is entirely upto them. You may or may not get shortlisted for a company that you have applied to.

As a IT professional with 3 years experience you have high probability of of getting 15+ lakhs during IMT Ghaziabad campus placement provided you do well in PGDM.But you may struggle to meet minimum marks eligibility criteria of most of Tier I companies as you do not have 60% and above marks in graduation degree.
