To get job in ISRO you will have to clear exam of ISRO which is conducted every year by ISRO

As the cut-off have gone really high this year, you might have a slight less chance getting a government seat. But, you can definitely get some of the best colleges to pursue BHMS. Go ahead and sit fot the counselling and don;'t lose hope. :)
