You can get admission in a good B.Tech college as many colleges need only 50% marks in PCM.

Without entrances, you can get admission in private universities only.

INR 13,525 was fee of academic year 2016-2017 from which 2500 is refundable. One gets scholarship amount according to their financial condition.
