You have to qualify their exams to get enrolled in PG programmes. We suggest you to consider UK as it doesn't require you to write any eligibility exam to get enrolled in MD.

No, if you pursue your medical from UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand you are not required to take any screening in India. All PG qualification are eligible for registration and practice in India. Visit MCI link: https://goo.gl/5SK1ml

Yes, you can. You must meet admission requirements before applying. Every country and university have their own admission standards. You must tests like IELTS or TOEFL for English language requirement. Other tests like SAT or ACT must be taken if you plan to study in the USA. Firstly you decide where to study. Check here, go through the options for requirements, fees, etc.
