• PGCET QUOTA: PGCET: Original Admission Allotment copy from and Fees paid receipt from Karnataka Examination Authority
• SC/ST/OBC students who wish to apply for scholarship should submit Caste Certificate & Income Certificate issued by Government of Karnataka
