IIM Srimaur is primarily famous for its course in MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management. This is one of the key courses of the college. It is the strongest part of the college. Apart from that, college also provides many fancy facilities like recreational areas, sports complexes, music suites, advanced gym facilities and a yoga center are some of the other highlighting features of the college. Its hostels also have a common with an installed television on each floor of the hostel.

Like any other college or university in the country, IIM Srimaur also has a placement cell that takes care of what companies are coming to the campus for recruitment. This cells connect and tries to establish relations with the best company they could manage to get in the campus for students to get the best options and opportunities. On the other hand, the cell also helps students get prepared for job interviews by conducting workshops and pre-placement drives for students to get ready for the final placements.

A student who is not a resident of India can also apply for admission in IIM Srimaur but he may have a lengthier process. The student must have completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA or Grades from a recognised university or an institute after at least 12 years of school education. He also must have a valid score in any one of the exams like IELTS, GRE, GMAT etc. After the student is shortlisted he is called for a personal interview which can be conducted online or offline as per the student's choice.
